My go-to for Endless is still VES-JES-HWM-FLA - and despite the fact that you won't land many (if any) bleeds, the self-sustain and constant Riposte damage will whittle him down no problem. The sleeper is toxic for any group that can't dunk it in a hurry but I'd still have to give the worst-boss award to the Fanatic overall.Īs for the Miller, Riposte certainly helps.
The Miller isn't an easy boss, but he's a complete and utter cakewalk in comparison to the next one that awaits you. A Vestal will be able to keep multiple allies off death's door at once. This makes the Highwayman with his high damage riposte appealing - especially as 20 PROT, albeit annoying, isn't that big. Other than that he has a fairly powerful cleave ability that does trigger riposte. The Shieldbreaker in general is a good pick for this fight. He has 20 inherent PROT so armor piercing is somewhat appealing too. Blight in general is a valid strategy against the Miller even though you claim it isn't. A max level Shieldbreaker without any trinkets will have a 90% chance of blighting him. However I would say this is still rather ill advised as the Miller is another powercreep multiple-turns boss. The Miller has only 95 stun resist, implying a lot of high level heroes will be able to get stuns in. Enjoy getting wrecked by the Miller, for the next boss in the DLC is the hardest in the entire game by a landslide.
